Deutsche Bank wins Best Structured Products Platform at Digital FX Awards 2015

Deutsche Bank won three accolades at the 2015 Profit & Loss Digital FX Awards, where judges again stated how much they like the Autobahn App Market and the "flexibility it brings" and the "scalability it offers".

Unlike other awards that "seek to measure volume of business", the Digital FX awards strive to be a little different by "focusing on the technology and the user experience" based on client feedback.

The three awards were:

  • Best Rates Platform (2nd year running) primarily for Autobahn App Market
  • Best Structured Products Platform for Autobahn OTC Structures
  • Best Leveraged Sector Platform

Explaining its choice for Best Structured Products Platform, the magazine said "when the bank determines it has a gap in its armoury or a service it wants to enhance then history shows... it normally succeeds". The judges said "the Autobahn OTC Structuring (AOS) tool has allowed the bank to up its game to quite a degree" citing where Deutsche has upped the ante is "in keeping it simple".

The Best Rates Platform award again heaped praise on the SEF Eligibility tool, calling it "the perfect App on the Autobahn App Market... simple but very, very effective... the epitome of a great workflow solution."

The magazine recognises Deutsche Bank's long and excellent rates technology and functionality with the rollout of the App Market over the past three years reinforcing that position.   "Now, it is proving it can go the extra yard for its clients by providing them with something that truly does make their life easier - and that is what great customer service is all about."

Speaking after the awards ceremony, Martin Zinkin, Head of Markets Electronic Trading said: 'These awards are a great recognition for AOS and the App Market and reflect our focus on client experience. We're constantly enhancing our Autobahn client offering, and this gives us great feedback on our direction."
