Autobahn named Risk magazine's Best Single Dealer Platform of the Year 2015

Autobahn, Deutsche Bank's electronic service offering, has been named Best Single Dealer Platform of the Year in Risk magazine's annual awards 2015.

Risk, a widely respected trade publication, singled out Autobahn for being "truly multi-asset class" and highlighted its breadth, adaptability and continued relevance in a rapidly changing market environment.

The publication selected the award following widespread feedback from the banking industry that included consistent client praise for Autobahn's "superior technical capabilities" that allow complex transactions which would typically need human input to be executed electronically. 

Risk said: "Since Autobahn's launch in 1996 as a simple electronic tool ... it has grown to encompass a huge suite of FX, fixed income and interest rate products. By mid-December, Autobahn had seen 25,000 users on the platform during 2014, with 17,000 of those external."

Autobahn also continued to improve its client offering, with one user telling Risk "there is functionality on Autobahn that other platforms simply don't offer."

The Risk award is the latest industry recognition for Autobahn and follows the Best Electronic Platform and Initiative of the Year accolades in e-FX Awards 2013. For details of other awards click here.
